Tehra Rahming
Tehra Rahming is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is presently the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer at Weiser Asset Management Limited.

Tehra graduated “magna cum laude” in accounting at Florida Memorial College. She is a licensed member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy and holds AICPA and BICA memberships.

Tehra’s extensive experience in accounting and compliance provided credence for her appointment to the Board. She was appointed as a Board Member in 2012, reappointed 2013 and 2014. In September of 2014, she replaced Dr. Andre Rollins as Acting Chairman of the Gaming Board and became official in that capacity in October 2014, with a directive from the Right Honourable Perry Christie (Prime Minister of the Bahamas).

Furthering her acquisition of credentials, Tehra attended professional audit training courses in Tampa, Chicago, New York, and New Jersey along with various Hedge/Mutual Fund conferences held by IBC and MARS in Dublin, United States of America, Bermuda, Brazil, and the Cayman Islands.

Tehra has been nominated “Private Enterprise Accountant of the Year” by BICA.  Her firm received “Company of the Year” and she was honored “Entrepreneur of the year” by the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce.

Ginger N. Moxey
Board Member
Ginger N. Moxey is a George Washington University Certified Events Manager; a James Madison University Certified Manager and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business.  She was appointed to the Gaming Board for the Bahamas in October 2014.

Ginger Moxey is the President and CEO of Immerse Bahamas, a premier, full-service destination, and project management company in The Bahamas, which specializes in the design and implementation of authentic Bahamian experiences.  She created the Entrepreneurship Empowerment Initiative, designed to empower entrepreneurship with a focus on Bahamian culture and community immersion.  She is also the founder of 700 Partners, a Non-Profit Organization that brings organizations and people together in the spirit of culture immersion, giving back to the community and helping others. Before branching out to launch her company and philanthropic initiative in June 2014, Ginger served as the Vice President of the Grand Bahama Port Authority Limited [GBPA] and Port Group Limited.
